Here are my 7 favourite company culture and leadership resources

1. An Everyone Culture: Becoming a Deliberately Developmental Organisation by Lisa Lahey and Robert Kegan [Book]

An amazing book in which the authors found and studied organisations they DDOs - Deliberately Developmental Organizations. A DDO is organized around the simple but radical conviction that organizations will best prosper when they are more deeply aligned with people's strongest motive, which is to grow. The book is full of ideas, guidance, frameworks but most of all an incredible eye opener how we can build our organisations.
